The B&B
is in a
villa in an elegant and famous residential area in a little village , Tremestieri Etneo, to the slopes of the Etna; 8 km
far from
the centre of Catania, 400
meters far from the centre of Sant'Agata Li Battiati and 800 meters far
from the centre Tremestieri Etneo.
The house, built in '
74, is dipped in a private green.
In 5 minutes of walking it is possible to catch
up the bus stop to Raffaello Sanzio square in Catania from where
you can take buses to every direction of Catania and to all the villages
close to the town.

The
B&B is 3 km far from the tangential one in order to enter the A18
freeway for Messina, to reach the Airport "Fontanarossa",
Siracusa and Ragusa. In end, from the Provincial road, in 2 minutes of walking there is the
bus stop (A.S.T.companies) to reach all the villages near the Etna
volcano; especially Nicolosi from where it is possible to arrive to
Piano Provenzana in the commune
of Linguaglossa.

THE SUITE
It
is placed on the first floor of the villa, with independent access from the main
entrance.
It can put up to five adults
and has
1 double room
(big bed) with the
possibility to add
1 single bed and n.1 double room. It offers
to our hosts large comfort and privacy.

Besides, it
is equipped with exclusive hygienic service, a private area where guests
can have their breakfast and of two big terraces that only hosts can use.
In the suite there is air
conditioned that guarantees the ideal climate in every
period of the year.
The floor has moquette of
high quality that is dealt
daily with specific products in order to guarantee to our hosts maximum
hygiene and comfort.
The "Francesca" room
has very valuable furnitures, has essential characteristics but
in the same time there is every comfort: TV 17"LCD with digital receiver land, access
to Internet to wide band (Fastweb) and the frigobar supplied of every type
of drink and snack.
The rooms are daily cleaned
and the linen are changed every two days during the staying.
